Some or all of these methods can be used depending on the individual needs of each business.

  • Breath awareness.  This is the main practice in a group session, which others have called mindfulness  training.  There is a subtle difference here in the techniques I use.  The breath awareness is used as a cognitive perceiving tool in order to address specific issues in the workplace.
  • Reflection on the information received during breath awareness.
  • Naming the insights.
  • Downloading - Writing or sketching or colouring the information received.
  • Forum – communication skills.  Sharing of the information received.  Plans of action on the basis of the information received.
  • Focusing the breath awareness towards a particular aspect or need of the business.
  • Rhythmic assistance during breath awareness to enable the mind to focus on particular issues.
  • Melodic assistance to enable the congested mind to relax and open to clearer mental spaces.
  • Subtle conscious movement to relax the physical body and help to develop movement of body and therefore also mind. 
  • Individual consultations if required.  These consultations can focus on any aspect of the personal or professional context.  In the professional context depends on the role of the person.  Please write for more specific information. 
  • Mentoring.
  • Communication exercises. 
  • Conflict resolution exercises.

  • The plan of action based on the information received.

What does it involve?
Breath awareness is simply sitting still whilst being aware of the breath.  Whilst you are listening to the breath, certain thoughts, feelings, sensations or images arise which is used as ‘information’.

Breath awareness can have general or specific applications, for example the breath awareness of decision making.

Freedom in movement is a subtle movement technique which gradually enables stress and pain release.  It is suitable for anyone of any age and any condition.

The forums for sharing take place after the information received during breath awareness is either written sketched or coloured.  The sharing of the information received is an important part of developing communication in the team and between departments of the organisation.
